Alexander Technique classes at Alameda Community Acupuncture

Please join Ms. Lenka Fejt, certified Alexander Technique teacher, B.S. Kinesiology, on Tuesday March 29, 2016 at Alameda Community Acupuncture (1716 Lincoln Ave) and learn to apply principles of the Technique to your walking, and ultimately increase your mobility, decrease tension in your legs and feet, and as a result find more enjoyment in your walks.
