Assault Rifles, Thousands Of Rounds Of Ammo Seized In Alameda
Alameda Police arrested two convicted felons when they seized the weapons cache.

ALAMEDA, CA — A man with two outstanding warrants was arrested in Alameda last week after police allegedly found him and another suspect to be in possession of at least two assault rifles and more than 2,400 rounds of ammunition.
Julio Alberto Olague, 34, was arrested on Island Drive around 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 6, according to Alameda police, who released a photograph of the weapons in question on social media.
Olague was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm as well as two outstanding warrants.

Daniel Michael Stephens, 27, was also arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm. In addition, Stephens was arrested on suspicion of violating the terms of his probation and resisting arrest,
according to police.
