ALAMEDA, CA — Ledy Delfin-Icatar snapped these photos in August 2019, just before the state of a new school year. "After 2 years of retrofitting, here it is!" Delfin-Icatar wrote at the time. "Alamedians are excited, especially the high schoolers!"
