I'm sweet Kitty, and I had to come to the shelter because my owner moved away. I like my new human friends here, but I'm 12 years old and a quiet home and lap to call my own is what I dream of. I don't have any front claws so I need to stay indoors. That's okay because that means I'm always there when you need a cuddle.
Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) has several kittens and cats of all ages, and has dogs too! We are located at 1590 Fortmann Way, Alameda and our hours are 11AM - 5PM Thursday through Sunday, and 11AM - 7PM on Wednesdays. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
