Do any of these look familiar? Claim them from the police department.

ALAMEDA, CA — Are you missing a bike or scooter? Alameda Police have a bunch and they would like to reunite them with their owners.

The bikes were spotted by a patrol officer on Tuesday on city property near Estuary Park. In addition to the bikes, they recovered tires, frames and other bike parts.

"If you recognize any of the bikes as your own please email APD’s Property and Evidence Bureau at bleahy@alamedaca.gov," police say. "A bicycle will ONLY be released if you can provide proof of ownership – the bicycle's serial number, a clear photograph of you on the bicycle or proof of purchase."

Alameda Police offer the following tips to safeguard your bike:
• Always record and keep a bicycle's serial number.
• Take further precautions by adding an Owner Applied Number (OAN) to an area on your property that only you know. Many professional thieves know the locations of serial numbers and may attempt to remove the number to prevent identification of a bicycle.
• Register your property with a bike registry or keep a file that includes the manufacture, serial number, model year, frame model, color and photos.
• Always contact APD to report a stolen bicycle by calling our non-emergency number, 510-337-8340, or by filing a report online.
