Name the Location of these two (famous) paintings!

The curiosity is killing me - where were these two famous Alameda paintings done?

I was happy to learn that one of my favorite artists, Robert Bechtle, was raised in Alameda!  When I was 10, I saw this painting at a special exhibition in Palm Beach, Florida and was absolutely mesmerized by its subject matter -- mostly because it was a huge contrast with the fanciness of the other paintings around it.

In any case, the name of this painting is ALAMEDA GRAN TORINO.  It's part of a series of everyday works that he painted on the streets of Alameda in the 1970s. The most post famous of his paintings is 56 CHRYSLER, which portrayed a car outside his mother's house -- also in Alameda.

When I saw the painting as a kid, I had never been to California before.  Of all coincidences, I now live in Alameda.  I would love to know where these locations are! So I figured I'd crowdsource it.
