The focus is on cultivating awareness of breath and movement, gently building strength and flexibility while honoring your body’s needs in each moment. With an emphasis on breath awareness, each posture is approached with presence and care, allowing you to deepen your connection between body and mind. This class invites you to release tension, soften resistance, and cultivate inner balance as you move through a fluid and calming practice.</p>
<p>By aligning movement with breath, you will attain deeper levels of relaxation and restore a sense of spaciousness throughout your entire system.
