This low-impact class is perfect for all fitness levels, using a rotating selection of props - Pilates balls, loop resistance bands, and light weights among other props - to keep each session fresh and well-balanced. By varying the props from session to session, every class offers a new challenge while ensuring the whole body is targeted over time.
No jumping, no high-intensity bursts - just focused and effective moves that leave you feeling stronger and ready for the day.
Strengthen and tone while having fun.
