Get ready for the fall season! Join us for a balancing of energy to enter the fall season the most centered possible way.

The transition from late summer to autumn is a powerful time to receive acupuncture. As we move into autumn, Chinese medicine teaches us to nourish the Lungs, replenish our yin to counter the dryness of the season, and restore the Earth element after the heat of summer.

Acupuncture supports the body in letting go and turning inward, in order to enter the next yin phase with supported immunity, balance and resilience.

Combining Yin Yoga and Acupuncture with a sound bath will have a deeply centering and restorative down to evety cell in your body. You will also leave with acupressure ear seeds placed on specific points to carry this peaceful effect into the days to come.

You will go home with acupuncture ear seeds for you to continue the healing and balancing process after the event.
