<p><strong><strong>The Side Show, featuring the creator of SNAP Judgment, a Stanford professor, a working psychologist, two Moth GrandSlam winners, multiple musicians, staged in a genuine circus tent!</strong></strong></p>
<p>The theme is "That Sounded Good At The Time," featuring stories that will make you laugh, cry, and possibly sing and dance. A single musician will accompany each storyteller on stage to help set the journey in motion. This will be an amazing collaborative adventure.</p>

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will be guided through accessible postures with options and variations offered throughout the practice. The focus is on cultivating awareness of breath and movement, gently building strength and flexibility while honoring your body’s needs in each moment. You will be encouraged to listen inward, move mindfully, and find the version of each pose that feels right for you.<br><br>If you have been looking for a yoga class where more advanced variations are offered, but not required, come by! With an emphasis on breath awareness, each posture is approached with presence and care, allowing you to deepen your connection between body and mind. This class invites you to release tension, soften resistance, and cultivate inner balance as you move through a fluid and calming practice.</p>
<p>By aligning movement with breath, you will attain deeper levels of relaxation and restore a sense of spaciousness throughout your entire system. The class concludes with a 10-minute final relaxation, offering the nervous system time to down-regulate and enhancing&nbsp;the integration of the practice leaving you feeling more open, fluid, and at ease - both physically and mentally.</p>
