Chilling Video Shows Moments Before Fatal East Bay Shooting
Oakland police say they still need help finding the suspected killer of Terrill Millhouse.

OAKLAND, CA — Terill Millhouse was walking down the street the evening before Thanksgiving 2025, when another person sized him up on the sidewalk and fatally shot him, authorities said.
Months later, Oakland police have released new footage in hopes that someone can help them catch Millhouse's suspected killer.
No details about the suspect, including height or weight, are available to date.

The chilling video, however, offers insight into what the suspect was wearing the night of the shooting.
The video shows a person in a two-toned varsity jacket seemingly getting out a gun and pulling back the hammer as Millhouse struts by. The video cuts off before any shots were fired.

The gunfire activated a ShotSpotter in the 1700 block of 28th Avenue, where officers found Millhouse lying on the sidewalk with at least one gunshot wound, according to the Oakland Police Department.
Millhouse was taken by authorities to a local hospital, where he died, police said.
