Do You Recognize The Man In This Surveillance Photo?

The East Bay Regional Park District Police Department is seeking him.

EAST BAY — The East Bay Regional Park District Police Department has released the photo of a man related to an investigation at Martin Luther King, Jr. Regional Shoreline Park. While not releasing details about the investigation, an incident happened last Wednesday around 8 a.m.

The man is approximately 5’10 and a medium build. At the time of this investigation, he was wearing a gray winter jacket, forest green sweatpants and white shoes. The subject had a tattoo in black cursive writing on his left outer wrist that begins with the letters “Ban ...”

The car he was driving was a late model black Toyota sedan with dark tinted windows and black and yellow dealer advisement plates.
