Police are looking for an elderly man in a wheelchair who went missing from an Alameda nursing home this morning. Ronald Zachary Moore, 67, was last seen just after 9 a.m. when he left the Bay View Rehabilitation Hospital at 516 Willow St., according to police. He is described as 6 feet tall with a thin build and has short gray hair. He uses a wheelchair and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, a black and white button-down shirt and black sweatpants, police said.
