Amy Ahlers is an International Certified Success Coach, the CEO of Wake-up Call Coaching, the co-founder of Inner Mean Girl Reform School, and a 2011 recipient of Girls Incorporated of the Island City’s Women Who Dare Award. Her first book, Big Fat Lies Women Tell Themselves, is slated to be released this week by New World Library. She will begin her official book launch and publicity tour in her hometown of Alameda at Books Inc. on October 13, at 7:00 p.m.
Amy is on a mission to help women see how powerful, amazing and magnificent they are. She is making a positive difference in the world by making coaching accessible to all through programs like The Women Masters Tele-Seminar Series and by offering a low cost alternative to traditional one on one coaching, like Inner Mean Girl Reform School.
Amy is also passionate about giving back to her community. She is involved with Girls Incorporated of the Island City and will be giving a portion of all sales from her book reading to them.
