The Poetic Dance Theater Company is having a multifaceted FREE event on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 1pm - 3pm at the Alameda South Shore Center's Center Court Stage. The performance includes "Naming of Alameda USA Muses", "Public Dance to Poetry", Poetry Readings", "Summer Site Write Awards", "Jim Morrison Look-a-Like Contest", and an audience give away. All ages are welcome. This project is provided by Mary Rudge, Alameda Poet Laureate and sponsored by the Alameda Island Poets and Artisit Embassy International.
