Bay Area International Children's Film Festival

The fourth annual Bay Area International Children's Film Festival ("BAICFF"), a Playdate for the Imagination, is set for SATURDAY, JANUARY 28 & SUNDAY, JANUARY 29, 2012, at the beautiful art deco theater, Michaan's Auctions, in Alameda.  This popular family film festival opens its 4th year with a full line-up of high-quality films from around the world. The two-day festival is an opportunity for families to celebrate rich art, culture and diversity. The program includes award-winning feature length and short independent films. Children and adults will engage their imaginations with eye-popping animation and stories that tackle important issues. BAICFF also offers amazing hands-on filmmaking workshops with professional Pixar animators.

Early bird tickets as low as $8 will be offered until January 13, 2012. Regular tickets are $10 per person for a half day, $15 per person for a full day, and $20 for a weekend pass. Children under 3 are free.  For tickets and to check out the photos and videos from last year's workshops, visit www.baicff.com
