Summer Beats Labor Day Weekend Concert

Alameda South Shore Center's Free Summer Beats Concert is coming to an end on Saturday, September 3. The concert features the California sounds of "The Riptides" from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and dancing to the beat of Bay Area's "Busta Groove" from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

During the performance please bring your gently used instruments to support the Alameda Education Foundation's Instrument Drive. Remember they are also collecting school supplies for the over 850 homeless students here in Alameda. Peter's Kettle Corn will continue to pop for education with proceeds going to Alameda Education Foundation.

The Girls Scouts and their Ambassadors will be in the house looking for recruits and having a wonderful Bake Sale. They will have their Girls Go Green initiative happening as well. So come out and support their efforts, join Alameda Education Foundation, and dance to the music. For more information “like us” on our facebook at southshorecenter.com.
