Homemade tamales, relaxing live music, courteous service. What more could you ask for? The Encinal Music Department is having it's first ever Tamale Dinner Fundraiser. Dedicated parent and student volunteers spent hours making homemade chicken tamales. Vegetarian cheese / chile tamales are available. Dinner includes rice, beans and a beverage. During dinner, you will be treated to live music by the Encinal Orchestra, the Jazz Band, and the Jazz Ensemble known as "Mystery". You get to relax in your seat and have dinner brought to you by our amazing music students.
