Come to the Main Library on Saturday, February 4th, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. and join the library for an afternoon of Valentine cardmaking. Learn how to make beautiful handmade cards using both recycled and new materials. Bring scissors, old Valentine cards, colorful calendars, gift wrap, art and textured papers and other supplies you are willing to share and recycle. Cardstock, decorative papers, stickers, glue and markers will be provided.
Funding for library programs is made possible through the generous support of the Friends of the Alameda Free Library. Families are welcome (including children over six years of age) at this free program, which will be held at the Main Library, 1550 Oak Street.
