Featured in the SF Chronicle: A life-changing loan

Last week, I was pleased to be featured in the San Francisco Chronicle's weekly column "Just Approved." It tells the story of one of my reverse mortgage clients, an Alameda woman who was having difficulty both meeting her monthly expenses and making her mortgage payments. With her reverse mortgage loan, she was able to pay off the mortgage on her home and have enough money for monthly bills and day-to-day expenses.
