Free Appraisals by Auction House

Have your spring cleaning efforts unearthed treasures you had forgotten you owned? Want to find out how much they are worth and think about selling them?

Michaan's Auctions in Alameda will once again offer a special free verbal appraisal event open to the public on March 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You can bring up to five items for appraisal to the auction house located at 2751 Todd Street, Alameda (on Alameda Point).

If the item you wish to have appraised is too large you can bring a photograph of it for examination.

You must have an advance reservation to have your items appraised. Call 510-227-2530 to make an appointment.

The auction house also holds regular free appraisals each Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., by reservation.
