Free Calendars Available Featuring Photos By Alameda Students

Need a free calendar that features beautiful photos from here in the Bay Area? You may pick one up here in Alameda.

ALAMEDA, CA — If you need a beautiful wall calendar you can skip the cash register and get one for free — Bank of Marin is handing out free 2017 calendars.

Not only are the photos featured in the calendar lovely, they were taken by Bay Area high school students including the one above, by David Kresge, who attends St. Joseph Notre Dame High School.

And this one of Point Reyes lighthouse by Buzor Obiorah, who is a student at Alameda High School.

“We believe strongly in supporting and encouraging our local youth,” said Russell A. Colombo, President and CEO of Bank of Marin. “Our annual calendar allows us to showcase their talents and also to give back to the schools that help educate them.”

Each participating school will receive a $100 donation from the bank to purchase photography supplies and equipment.
