My name is Mama Kit because a lovely human found me running around on the beach with my little kittens. We were all pretty scared and very hungry until we got to his nice place where I'm fed and loved and pampered. I like this place but what I really want is my very own human that I can adore. Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) has lots of cats, kittens, dogs, and rabbits needing their forever home. Its' still "Everything Goes With Black and Black/White" Month (through September) where these elegantly dressed pets are available for 50% off the regular adoption fee. The shelter is located at 1590 Fortmann Way, Alameda and the hours are 11AM-7PM on Wednesdays, and 11AM-5PM Thursday - Sunday.
