Great Egrets Nesting On Bay Farm Island: Photos Of The Day

ALAMEDA, CA — Joel Bernstein captured a series of photos in March of a pair of Great Egrets that returned to Bay Farm Island for nesting.

Bird watching is a popular past-time for local residents with both land and sea birds converging in one spot.
