Guest Chef at Waterbar in San Francisco - Boston Celebrated Chef Jeremy Sewall (Wednesday, January 21)

Waterbar, San Francisco’s iconic seafood restaurant, will be hosting their very first guest chef, the award-winning Boston chef, Jeremy Sewall on the evening of Wednesday, January 21st. Chef Jeremy will be serving up his acclaimed contemporary, New England fare from his new cookbook, The New England Kitchen on this special night alongside Waterbar’s daily menu of fresh-caught, sustainably raised fish as well as the most expansive selection of oysters on the West Coast.

In his new cookbook, The New England Kitchen, Chef Jeremy presents more than one hundred recipes of contemporary New England fare, incorporating the region’s fresh, distinct flavors into refined dishes for the home and professional cook. Chef Jeremy Sewall’s unique January 21st guest chef menu is below.
