High Street Bridge Closures on Monday

ALAMEDA, CA – You may want to avoid the High Street Bridge on Monday.

The Alameda County Public Works Agency will be performing routine maintenance on the bridge 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The bridge will be closed for several short periods of time, 15 minutes or less.

Workers plan to replace the center lock.

The county says that the contractor will watch traffic flows to minimize impacts.
