I-880 Traffic Advisory: Which Way Are You Going, Alameda?
The direction you're going determines which way is the best way off the island.
ALAMEDA, CA — A big rig crash on northbound I-880 has traffic at a crawl in Oakland. Are you going north or south this morning?
If you are going north - use the Posey Tube. You'll get in front of the crash.
If you are going south - use the roads at the other end of the island. You'll miss lookey-loo traffic backups.
