Lewd, Lascivious Acts: Man Arrested In West Oakland
Police also arrested the man for false imprisonment. The victim was taken to the hospital.
OAKLAND, CA — Oakland police arrested a suspect Wednesday on suspicion of false imprisonment and committing lewd and lascivious acts.
The crime occurred at 9 p.m. in the 2800 block of Ettie Street in West Oakland, police said.
The female victim was taken to a hospital.

The suspect, who was armed with a firearm, was arrested, police said. The suspect's name was not immediately released.
