Oracle Team USA has won the hearts of the nation today coming back from almost unthinkable odds

overcoming a very bad International  Jury's decision early to take two races from the defender first time in history . To then win six consecutive race in a row never done in America's cup history to tie up the finals to a one race takes it all America's Cup final .

Spithill the Pitbull  took the New zealanders to school again today first winning the first race to stay alive remember in six tries Emirates had only one race to win . To win the Cup just one . The pressure on Oracle can't even be imagined .

After the Leeward rounding Oracle tuned on the Bat Burners foiling right out of the Tack and on the attack . Emirates Tacked early to force a Oracle tack little did they know on the next cross Oracle would be still on afterburners and took the Lead never to look back . Over a Half mile lead at one point .

ORACLE TEAM USA has forced a winner-take-all final race for the 34th America’s Cup after posting a come-from-behind win in Race 18.

Kiwi skipper Dean Barker started the race to leeward of rival Jimmy Spithill and held the lead around the first turning mark. The Kiwis kept the lead by 7 seconds at the leeward gate but ORACLE TEAM USA has speed to burn on the upwind legs and simply sailed past the Kiwis. ORACLE TEAM USA led by 57 seconds at the windward gate beginning the penultimate leg and finished with a 54-second advantage.

Tomorrow’s Race 19 is scheduled to start at 1:15 p.m. PT and the winner will win the 34th America’s Cup.
