ALAMEDA, CA — Steve Gorman snapped this close-up photo of a backyard squirrel in Alameda. "We call this guy Otto." Otto and his buddies are frequent visitors to Alameda backyards where many people put out nuts to attract the furry visitors with brown/gray backs, a tan/orange underside and a bushy tail. We wonder if Otto is like the dog named Tramp in the Disney classic Lady and the Tramp — he responds to many names — as long as a meal is involved!
