When we last visited Metropolis (Gotham City) we found Our Superheroes of sailing organizing their new Justice League of Honor and Goodwill on Oracle Team USA.
Revitalized Superman, James “Pitbull” Spithill, and his all knowing Justice League have a new nemesis in Metropolis: The Silver Surfer.
Enter The Silver Surfer
Dean Barker, Skipper of Emirates Team New Zealand, may as well be from the same planet the Silver Surfer is from. His tiny island of New Zealand has now been seen surfing the Bay Area and it has transformed Metropolis in to a small outpost, a Kiwi invasion overnight. Barker, the Silver Surfer, is dragging our heroes’ cape with enriched Kryptonite or as some believe has taken over Metropolis with a coffee drink that's been instantly making Metropolis residents and the world into Silver Surfer foot soldiers and surfers.
Exit the Penguin
John Kostecki is now believed to be one and only Penguin undercover. The Penguin has infiltrated the New Justice League’s ranks and even tricked our Superhero Superman. Through his diabolic navigation chasing the Silver Surfer this past weekend and today his identity has been revealed. And, as this is now being written, the Justice League meets to seal his fate.

Tom Slingsby, AKA Superman’s right hand man, was dispatched today to cover up the Penguin’s diabolic tactic and to bring order back to Metropolis and meet with reporters after today’s sweep of the Bay that lead to the Silver Surfer raining terror down on what's left of Metropolis’ fans and Oracle Team USA’s future.

Its believed the beleaguered Superman's abilities to fly were a direct result of the Penguin’s affairs of the last weeks’ and that they have drained our Superheroes of Sailing into a cold and dark place below Pier 80. Can Superboy recharge his mentor Jimmy Spithill and can Metropolis escape the masked coverage of the Silver Surfer’s Country (Planet) and New Zealand converts.
