Rude Awakening! Watch These Two Cute Dogs React To East Bay Earthquake
It's the second viral reaction video on a day where no one was injured, and instead could simply laugh in the wake of their fleeting panic.

People getting ready for work this morning were not the only ones frightened when a 4.0- magnitude earthquake in Piedmont rattled nerves around the East Bay. Alameda residents Gus and Gizmo were startled to their paws after they were jolted awake when the temblor rumbled through the area at 6:49 a.m.
Owner Ashley Guerin posted the home surveillance video of Gus and Gizmo’s reaction via YouTube.

The quake was located about a mile north of Piedmont and 3 miles southeast of Berkeley, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Several small aftershocks have been reported following the earthquake. BART trains were delayed briefly while officials checked the tracks for damage.
It has been almost one year since the North Bay Area was devastated by 6.0 magnitude earthquake centered just six miles southwest of Napa in American Canyon. A 4.0-magnitude earthquake in Fremont shook the East Bay as recently as July.
