Hi, my name is Shane and I'm a bit shy in front of the camera and with people, but I really like it when people visit me and give me treats. I'm learning so many new things like going on walks, being petted by all these loving volunteers and staff, and playing with people and dogs. What a great life! I'm ready now to have my own family who will help me learn more new things. I'll be your best friend ever.
Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) has received a very generous donation to establish a fund to enable all dogs adopted from FAAS to receive free training classes. All dog adopters will be able to have fun and get some training with their new dog pal. FAAS is located at 1590 Fortmann Way, Alameda.
