Car Stalled Inside Posey Tube Causing Traffic Delays

ALAMEDA, CA — A stalled car inside the Posey tube is causing heavy traffic congestion this afternoon, police officials said. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.

The tube is one of two underwater tunnels under the Alameda–Oakland Estuary that connects Alameda to Oakland. No other information was available.
