Transportation Job Fair at College of Alameda

and the Alameda Transportation and Logistics Academic Support (ATLAS) Program are hosting a job fair on Thursday, Aug. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Building F.

Services for job seekers at the event will include on-the-spot interviews and workshops in interviewing techniques, job application strategies and dressing for success. Job searching tools will be provided throughout the event.

Sample positions available include:

• General Office Positions: Pay starts at $10/hr. or more
• Truck Driving Positions: Pay starts at $400/week or more
• Warehousing Positions (Forklift Operators, Pickers, Packers, Loaders & General Warehousing Personnel): Pay starts at $8.00 and over

Interested job seekers should bring several resumes, dress professionally and be prepared to be interviewed.
