Two Wounded In Telegraph Avenue Shooting

Both victims are in stable condition, police said.

OAKLAND, CA — Two people were wounded in a shooting Friday night along Telegraph Avenue in Oakland's Northgate-Waverly neighborhood, police said Monday.

The shooting occurred shortly after 11 p.m. in the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue. Officers were alerted to gunshots by the city's ShotSpotter gunshot detection system.

Both victims are in stable condition following medical care at a hospital, according to police.
