Pre-care available from 8 - 9 a.m. for $10/child per day. 10% discount for returning campers!

OK to register for 1 or more days. Discount for all 6 days of camp: $450/full day, or $285/half day.


To note: All recipes for the Winter Camps are delicious, kid-friendly, and vegetarian.

Also: We are a nut free program. There are no peanuts or tree nuts in any recipe. If your child has other allergies, please contact Director Mindy Myers to discuss accommodations: 510-593-5285.

Payment, Cancellations, Wait lists:

Payment is required in full at the time of registration, no exceptions. You may register online (click here) or download a registration form (See registration Forms at the top of page). Paper payment can be made in cash or check payable to “Cooking Round the World” and sent to: Cooking Round the World, 6657 Gunn Drive, Oakland, CA 94611. Your child is not registered until payment is received.
You have 2 weeks from date of payment to cancel camp for a full refund. Cancellation one month prior to the onset of camp receives half refund; thereafter no refund.
Should a class be cancelled because of too few sign ups (less than 7), a full refund will be given or enrollment can roll over to another camp week.
Camp registration is on a first come/first served basis. Class size is limited to 20 children per week.
Since space is limited, you can request to be placed on a wait list and you will be notified should space become available.
Cooking Round the World spring camp ends at 1 p.m., summer camp full day ends at 4 p.m, summer camp half day ends at 1 p.m.. Late pick ups (more than 10 minutes) will be charged $25 each late day.

Oakland Location:
The Kehilla Synagogue Kitchen is located at 1300 Grand Avenue, Piedmont, CA 94610. Enter kitchen door from parking lot.

From Oakland and South on 580: Take 580 West to GRAND AVE. Exit and turn left at the light. Continue up Grand Ave. for 8-10 blocks. We’re on the right, just past the Ace Hardware.

From Oakland and South on 880: Go north on 880 to Oakland. Take 980 to 580 East. Exit on GRAND AVE. Turn left and go under the freeway. Continue up Grand Ave. for 8-10 blocks. We’re on the right, just past the Ace Hardware.


Lafayette Location:
Acalanes Fellowship Masonic Lodge Kitchen: 925 Moraga Rd, Lafayette, CA 94549.

From Highway 24 going east:
Exit at Oak Hill Road. Turn right onto Oak Hill Road. Take the first left onto Mount Diablo Blvd, then your first right onto Moraga Road. 925 Moraga Road is a corner building on the right. Best to turn into the parking lot behind the building. Kitchen is at the end of a ramp at back of building.
