
The 11th biannual "State of the Estuary" conference just closed yesterday. Over 50 scientists, researchers and resource managers presented the latest projects and findings concerning the San Francisco Bay-Delta. Tidewater Boating Center Environmental Education Programs targeting the community around the facility at MLK, Jr. Regional Shoreline received an award. Also the Big Break Visitor Center at the Delta in Oakley received an award.
