Woman, 60, Hit by Car in Alameda Not Seriously Injured

A 60-year-old woman who was struck by a vehicle in Alameda this afternoon was not seriously injured, a fire captain said. The collision was reported at about 1:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of Park Street, fire Capt. Jim Colburn said. The woman’s injuries were not severe and she did not need to be taken to a hospital, Colburn said.
