Albany Bulb Exhibit Ends Sat. March 14--Art, Nature, Parks, Homelessness

The former landfill known as the Albany Bulb is home to wild art, dogwalkers, spectacular Bay views, and until recently, a community of homeless people. The Atlas of the Albany Bulb is a participatory oral history and mapping project that aims to capture diverse stories about this place. It is on display as part of the Refuge in Refuse Exhibit at the SOMArts Gallery in San Francisco through this Saturday, March 14. Details here. Refuge in Refuse exhibit photos here.
