The Madrigal is a form of dinner theater that recreates Renaissance feasts and gatherings held in 16th century England with delicious food, delightful humorous skits, and wonderful madrigals, carols, and instrumental music.

Also serving as an important fundraiser for the Albany Music Fund, the Madrigal helps pay for sheet music, costumes, registration fees, tour scholarships and more.

It has been over seventeen years since the choirs began performing annual Madrigals during the holiday season in Albany. Join us for a tradition that brings together all members of the community.

These shows sell out every year! Buy your tickets now at the Albany Music Fund Madrigal Delights page.

If you cannot attend but would like to support the music program, you can now make a donation directly on the ticket purchase page. This event usually raises $8,000 per year. This year we’re hoping to raise $10,000 to meet the needs of a much larger choir. We would very much appreciate your support.
