Albany Music Fund Offers An Evening of Italian Opera and Art Song

The is delighted to announce an evening of opera and art song by recent college graduates on Friday evening, Sept. 3, at 7:30 p.m. 

Baritone Jonathan Sandberg is an and Albany music program alumni. A recent graduate of UC Irvine majoring in vocal performance and business, Jonathan has organized this event for the second year in a row to thank the Albany community for his great start in music.  This year, two of his friends, mezzo-soprano Connie Li and pianist Christopher Smith are joining him in presenting arias and scenes to help raise money for the Albany Music Fund. Mary Low also will play piano.

Enjoy a beautiful concert while supporting Albany's young musicians in out public schools. 

The concert will be held  at the United Albany Methodist Church, 980 Stannage Ave., and promises to be a delightful evening of music and song. 

Tickets are available for $12 at the door and in advance through Brown Paper Tickets.
