
One of the grandest traditions at Solano Cellars is our Cassoulet dinner.
A four-course trundle through the chilly Southwest of
France, augmented by authentic regional wines brought in by local importer Charles Neal. In partnership with our new neighbor, Atelier LaBedaine (1585 Solano), we’ll prepare a fresh winter salad, rich, hearty cassoulet, a top-notch cheese plate and a dessert that’s just right.
A selection of wines by the glass will be paired to the meal for those who want to get the full IMAX experience. (Wines by the glass are a separate charge.) The seatings are limited to 22 people per night and require payment for the meal up front due to limited availability.
