Balletone (10:15am)

This dynamic, fifty-minute class. Incorporates methods that dancers train with,including Barre, Pilates and stretching. This fusion of styles is a complete fitness program that tones muscle, improves coordination, balance and stability.

You don't have to be a dancer to participate in Balletone, but there is a pretty good chance that once you get into the groove, you'll want to take your body
and skills to the dance floor.

Drop in fees start at $15 per class but there is monthly membership options starting at $49 which includes access to the full facility and classes.
