Fourth Fridays: Albany Bike About Town

The city of Albany's Recreation & Community Services Department and  are hosting .

Join your Albany neighbors for an leisurely evening ride around town. Show off your bike lights, flashlights, camping lanterns, glow sticks, light sabers, or whatever. There may even be green-glowing T-Rex constructed on an Extracycle!

If you don't have lights Albany Strollers & Rollers and Solano Avenue Cyclery will have lights to sell.

Riders of all ages will meet at Solano Avenue Cyclery at 6:30 p.m. for a quick safety review and then they'll be off. 

The Sept. 23 ride will be a tour around the schools. 

Stay for the after party with live entertainment, food and local discounts to Solano Avenue businesses.
