Most people, young and old, experience lower back problems, stiffness, and reduced mobility sometime in their life. At age twenty five I too experienced a lower back problem. With the expert advice and exercises from a physical therapist I have been free of lower back pain, as long as I've continued the exercises, for over thirty years. The combination of these exercises and my dance background serves as the foundation of my Gentle Stretch Class. Class benefits include increased mobility, reduced discomfort, and individual instructin. Class welcomes all abilities and is open to everyone.
