Introduction to Yoga Workshop

This introductory four week series, at thes designed for those new to yoga or students who would like a refresher on yoga fundamentals. Each class will focus on basic poses, terminology, alignment, and breath work. An introduction to the use of props that can enhance your yoga experience will also be included. A safe and thorough way to start your yoga practice.

Thsi class runs every Sunday from Sept. 26th to Oct. 12th.
