It's Jack LaLanne's 96th birthday today. He has inspired and amazed many during his long healthy life as a fitness legend. He traditionally performed "feats of strength" on his birthday (September 26th).
Now it's our turn to do something positive for our health, show Jack we got his message, and offer gratitude for all he's done as an icon for healthy living.
So choose something positive and perhaps a bit challenging to do on this day for your fitness and/or nutrition. Doesn't matter where you are or what you decide to do, just keep it positive, reasonable, and safe. It's up to YOU to make it happen!
