Workout with moms/women in the Village

We are an informal group of busy mothers/women just like you.  Our goals range from just wanting to be active to getting back into shape after having babies.

We exercise together based on the interests, goals and experience of the group. Sop far, we have walked, jogged, and run as well ad done squats, lunges, push-ups, tricep dips, and sit-ups. 

We meet in front of the and generally exercise around the perimeter of the Village.

We wear comfortable athletic shoes and clothing. If we choose to bring along babies or small children, we use strollers (Usually jogging type)
