ALBANY, CA — If you suddenly had $38,473, would you pay off bills, save for a rainy day or play Santa Claus with abandon? Some lucky winner has that choice.
A ticket to last Saturday's SuperLotto Plus lottery drawing matched the five regular numbers but missed the mega number. The ticket was sold at an Arco station on San Pablo Avenue in Albany.
